Artist Statement:
‘Pauses’, is a series of nine small scale mixed media sketches. Each drawing seeks to represent a moment in time, paused. These little things caused me to stop, just for a moment to recognise and appreciate moments around me. Pauses is about finding and recognising beauty, significance and pleasure in the mundane – enjoying the little things.
